Mr Jass Dooa MBA FRSA
Executive Chairman
Jass started working for the family company in 2005. He has overall responsibility for the strategy across the family office platforms and leads the investment committee on its acquisition programme. He brings his obsession with product, customer, and market fit to all areas of his work, and to developing the organisation’s vision for the long term.
An alumnus of the London Business School, Jass commenced his career in the financial sector at JP Morgan bank and brings over 30 years of experience in international trade, transformation and change management, corporate and debt restructuring, brand and asset management, valuation, and deal appraisal. He currently serves on the Bank of England’s SME Decision Maker Panel.
Jass is a writer and author, an avid golfer, and a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. He serves on various charitable and community trusts focusing on values-led education, and support for the vulnerable, via supplementary schools and orphanages abroad, and projects working within the interfaith arena.
Mr Ravi Dooa
Director
Ravi oversees the international trading operations, having joined the Dooa Organisation in 1997 after completing his studies in business & finance.
His work with various international strategic partners has helped establish the organisation as a recognised market leader within its industry. As a Dooa Capital Senior Leadership team member, Ravi serves on the investment committee, ensuring adherence to Dooa values and a commercial steer.
Ravi is an accomplished, performing classical musician, an avid rifle shooter, and a regular charity volunteer, supporting and providing governance on the board of several charities and local homeless shelters over the last 12 years.
Mr David Ereira
Non-Executive Property Director
David brings to Dooa Capital over 40 years experience in commercial real estate. He is also founding partner of Ereira Mendoza & Co, a well-known boutique firm of investment brokers in London.
David is responsible for the asset management of the real estate portfolio and works closely with the team of property managers across the whole of the portfolio.
David has spent the past 30 yrs working within the arena of Children’s Social Services, Fostering and Adoption, and SEND together with Learning Disabilities. He was the founder of Young Norwood, a platform with 3500 volunteers under the age of 35 giving time through CSR to the community, and is currently Hon Life President of Norwood. David also mentors young lay leaders in their leadership roles and is an alumnus of the Windsor Leadership Strategic leaders group.
Mr Ramesh Pathak
Head of Group Finance
Ramesh is a seasoned accountant with in-depth experience of property acquisition, development, investment finance, and tax advisory experience spanning four decades, and serves on the Dooa Capital investment committee providing in-depth financial modelling and scenario planning.
Before joining Dooa Capital, Ramesh worked as a group accountant for a leading Plc Property Group and, as a controller with a major Japanese Real Estate group in London. Prior to this, he ran his own multi-faceted, business, accountancy, and tax advisory practice.
Ramesh is an accomplished trustee of several community-based initiatives, including the Princes Youth Business Trust and several national and regional business support networks. A leading financial stalwart of a number of charities including the Swaminarayan Temple.
Mr Paul Kyriacou BSc MRICS
Property Manager at Dooa Capital.
Paul brings over 30 years of experience in the property industry and specialises in property management within the retail, office and industrial/ logistics sectors. Paul is responsible for end-to-end management of the Dooa property functions including tenant relations, facility management security, maintenance, and oversight of contractual services.
Paul is a dynamic and energetic individual who has built a successful track record within the industry. His experience and skills have enabled him to focus on sustaining full occupancy levels, building long-term relationships with internal and external departments including third party vendors/contractors.
Paul is a member of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), an avid golfer and gardener who enjoys spending his free time looking after his grandson.
